An experienced trial lawyer, Stephanie Cassman, has a deep love for the courtroom. As a trial lawyer in Indiana, she has successfully defended plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Before going to law school, she earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She is licensed to practice law in Indiana, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She has successfully argued numerous appeals. Stephanie spent 17 years as a litigator at the prestigious Indianapolis law firm Lewis Wagner before joining Jason and Stephen's LLP, specializing in high-profile cases involving catastrophic injuries, civil rights violations, discrimination, and wrongful death. Having known Stephen Wagner and Jason Reese for many years, Stephanie joined them in 2017 to devote her practice to representing injured clients and their families. Pushing through the most challenging times of life is the most rewarding part of her job. Personal injury cases are one of Stephanie's favorite types of litigation because each client is different.
