Mr. Reese concentrates his practice in personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice because he has felt called since a young age to champion the pursuit of justice for the voiceless and vulnerable. He has successfully tried injury cases before juries and judges all over Indiana. On an academic scholarship from the University of Arizona, Mr. Reese graduated magna cum laude. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington with high honors. As a young lawyer in Indiana, Mr. Reese was awarded the Indiana State Bar Association's Young Lawyer of the Year (2003), the Indianapolis Business Journal's Forty Under 40 (2005), and he was named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Indiana by The National Trial Lawyers. The Indianapolis Monthly and Super Lawyer magazines have published Mr. Reese as an Indiana Super Lawyer (top 5% of his practice area) regularly since 2004. Mr. Reese has been named a Top 50 Indiana Lawyer by Super Lawyer magazine for the past three years. This year, he was recognized as a top legal mentor. In 2019, Mr. Reese's achievements reached new heights when he was named Best Lawyers in America. The Indiana Lawyer selected him as a Distinguished Barrister. Mr. Reese enjoys mentoring and providing free legal assistance to the underprivileged in his spare time. CenterPoint Counseling, a not-for-profit organization that offers free counseling services to families and children in Marion County, has had him on its Board of Directors for several years. As a member of the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic's executive committee, he helps the legal needs of over 10,000 low-income Indiana residents each year. A not-for-profit group of business leaders committed to developing the next generation of godly business leaders on the Edge Mentoring Board. On the Grace Care Center Foundation Board, Mr. Reese serves as an advisor. More than 100 cases handled by Mr. Reese have resulted in seven-figure settlements. The Indianapolis Business Journal, IndyStar, NBC, CBS, ABC, and Fox frequently interview him. Mr. Reese has been serving clients all over the country for the past 23 years and holds licenses in both Indiana and Illinois.
